This fender cover was designed to fit over your existing fender from your frame rails to the bottom of the bikes stock fender no cutting or modifying, the fender is held on by a custom Milwaukee Bagger mounting bracket that grabs the stock fender at the bottom and your seat screw, we also install a gripping molded tape that makes for a glove like fit,very simple to install.
