Our parts are meticulously made from RTM and hand laid fiberglass composite materials.
RTM, also known as Resin Transfer Molding, involves the use of a closed,
two-piece mold, one of which is known as the “male” side and the other of which is the “female” side.
These pieces fit together so that there is very little space between them.
To create a fiberglass part, the “female” side is placed onto the “male” side,
which is lined with materials, and resin is then injected between the two.
The fiberglass is allowed to harden, and then the two pieces are taken apart to remove the resulting product.
All of Milwaukee Bagger’s stretched saddlebags and fender covers are constructed from hi-quality and strength Injected fiberglass with a smooth finish inside as well as outside.
Saddlebags are 4.5” deeper then stock bags.
Saddlebags accommodate OEM lids and mounting hardware, with all mounting holes predrilled.
In the new design we added to the side body line by raping it around the front of the bag and also rounded the bottom front corner to match your side covers.
No need to cover up the fiberglass hairs from handlade saddlebags with a bag liner and we don't use primer to hide pore workmanship we believe in Quality. (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)
